Deal Scanner is operated by Evergreen Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

What the app does

Deal Scanner monitors third-party marketplaces and notifies you when a listing appears to match a search you configured. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Craigslist, OfferUp, Facebook/Meta, or any marketplace. Listings belong to those marketplaces and their users; we simply help you notice them.

No guarantee

We work hard to surface matches quickly, but we can't guarantee that every matching listing is found, that alerts arrive within any specific time, or that you'll be first to contact a seller. Marketplaces change how they work and can be unavailable; the service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, to harass anyone, to overload or abuse the service, or to attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Subscriptions and billing

Deal Scanner offers optional auto-renewing subscription tiers (currently Enthusiast and Reseller) that unlock more active searches and faster scanning. The current price and what each tier includes are shown in the app and confirmed on the purchase screen before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google account) at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your app store account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and deleting your Deal Scanner account does not cancel it either — cancel it in your app store.
• Purchases and refunds are handled by the app store under its policies; we do not process payments or issue refunds directly.
• We may change subscription prices or what a tier includes. Changes apply to future billing periods, and the app store will handle any notice or consent it requires before a renewal at a new price.

Your account and data

You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deal Scanner is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for any transaction, purchase, or interaction you have with a seller or marketplace. You deal with sellers at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
